When the Manchurian banned the migration to Taiwan the island was considered worthless. The Manchurian-Chinese were almost released or gratified when Japanese was settled for having Taiwan as a capture of war.
Although Taiwan continues to grow through a long journey under colonialism and remains perhaps the last colony in the world it starts to show the potential of becoming a butterfly and fly freely beyond the history.
